As GCX is always striving to find ways to give back and ‘Pay it Forward’, we have launched a GCX bursary program to allow those less fortunate to benefit from our environmental education.
We will be awarding new bursaries once every 3 months for specific courses. We have already awarded the below 2 bursaries this year;
- Danielle Klaff from Envirochild was sponsored to attend our Residential Eco-Auditor course in Cape Town in May by Robin Thomson from SESSA.
- Mavis Kwelalani was granted a bursary by GCX to attend our Residential Eco-Auditor course in Cape Town in May.
- Kushmika Singh was granted a bursary by GCX to attend our Water Management Level 1 course in Cape Town in June.
Our next GCX bursary will be awarded in September. Application details will be posted on our website in August. If you have any enquiries about the bursary program, or would like to sponsor a bursary yourself, please contact us.
